It is very important that we have a way to contact recipients and senders to avoid potential delivery issues.
Please provide phone numbers for recipients. If there is inclement weather we cannot leave orders outside and need to confirm someone will be home. Inclement weather includes: temperatures above 85 or below 33, high winds, snow, ice, and heavy rain.
Please be advised if placing an order for a funeral service with a visitation that begins at 11am or earlier we need to receive your order at least one day prior *during normal business hours* Thank You!

Let our designers create a beautiful arrangement with the freshest flowers of the season! Please note in the special instructions if you would like certain colors or flowers in your arrangement.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
