Please provide phone numbers for recipients. If there is inclement weather we cannot leave orders outside and need to confirm someone will be home. Inclement weather includes: temperatures above 85 or below 33, high winds, snow, ice, and heavy rain.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. I love using Flowers from the Rafters! I am from out of town and every time I get exactly what I purchased (normally better) on time and with great service. The flowers always turn out beautifully (my loved ones send pictures). The vases are very nice quality too.

I sent this arrangement to a dear friend for her 60th birthday. Just as I called to wish her a happy birthday, her doorbell rang… the arrangement had arrived. It was so much fun to hear her reaction!! She sent me a photo, and to my surprise, the actual arrangement was even more beautiful than on the website!!! Thank you for helping me to make her 60th birthday a day special!!

The arrangement that was delivered exceeded expectations. In the past I have ordered arrangements from other florists and they don’t look anything like the picture online. This one was better than the online picture. I had requested that it be delivered in the morning and the florist wasn’t able to do that, but they called me to inform me of this. I really appreciated the high level of customer service. I would definitely purchase from them again.
